103rd Street construction detour

Got this from CDOT today, after being puzzled by seeing 103 buses running on 99th St. this morning.

TRAFFIC ALERT: 103rd at Seeley will be closed for a water main installation 9am to 3:30pm Wed through Fri. CTA buses to use 99th; cars 107th .
