BAPA porch concert on Friday 5/19

BAPA's porch concert is happening tomorrow night (5/12) from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on the Longwood side of Ridge Historical Society.

Major Taylor Trail ride this Saturday 5/20

Come join the trail ride happening on Sat. 5/20 starting at 9 am. We'll ride about 16-20 miles, depending on what we decide at the start of the ride. 

The start location is the Dan Ryan Woods trailhead by picnic grove 15, near 83rd and Western (north side of 83rd St).  Click here for map.

  BAPA's annual home tour is happening on Sunday 5/21 from noon to 5 pm.

Metra grade crossing construction at 89th & Ashland

 I was passing by 89th & Ashland yesterday and notice signs warning of a 10-day closing for construction.

Construction starts at 7 am on Wed. 5/17.

The BAPA porch concert originally scheduled for tomorrow night (5/12) is switched to 5/19 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm due to rain in tomorrow's forecast. It's happening on the Longwood side of Ridge Historical Society.
