It's a fundraiser for the revival of the historic Pike House as a future home for arts, culture and community gatherings, featuring.

Night Market at Edna White Community Garden on Thurs. 7/31

 The night market is happening at Edna White Community Garden (on Monterey just east of the 22nd district police station) on Thurs. 7/31 starting at 6 pm. There will be live music, food vendors, drinks and good times.

Major Taylor Trail clean-up on Sunday 7/20

There's a lot of overgrowth along the trail in some spots between 91st and 95th. We will have a clean-up workday on Sunday afternoon from 2-5 pm when the area is in shade. 

Please bring work gloves, loppers, rakes, etc. If you have a hedge trimmer, that would make faster work of it in some areas.

Even if you don't have tools, you can help. We'll need people to move piles of cut brush to the curb for later pickup.

Best parking location - Beverly Blvd. just east of the trail. If you aren't familiar with driving to this location, you need to enter from 91st and Ashland. Go west on 91st and turn left just before the Metra tracks.
