The Copyright Royalty Board enacted a decision that would increase royalty payments for webcasters to a much higher level than broadcast or satellite radio, as high as 1200% of revenues for some webcasters. This would take effect on 7/15/07 and would quickly wipe out most currently available webcasts, including the excellent Pandora.
