They've been at it again over on Hoyne, and Hamilton, and Seeley, and Damen, and again on Seeley, and again on Damen (previously reported).
One morning last week when I was walking to the train at 99th St., I noticed a man talking to a police evidence. From the snippets of conversation and body language, I'm guessing it was another in this series.
