The Beverly Unitarian Church (in the Irish castle) is hosting a winter farmers market today (Sat. 3/1) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Stop by 103rd & Longwood and check it out!

If you need one more Rainbow Cone fix before they close for winter, this weekend is your last chance. Give yourself a treat and give them a good fall sendoff.
Tomorrow is also the last farmers market of the season. They'll be at 95th and Longwood for that last visit, with plenty of delicious things.

snow is a 4-letter word
I'm definitely sick of winter. You probably are too. My friends in New Hampshire are REALLY sick of snow. Be grateful you're not in Concord. I was living there in the winter of 1995-96 and I remember the giant snow piles like this on the street corners and giant mountains of snow in parks and corners of parking lots that didn't finish melting until early summer. Be grateful that we're not having their winter.
